All services are provided by appointment only.
Massage appointments may be reserved by clicking on the "BookNow" button, by phone, text, email, or in person. A pre-payment fee of 50% of the service charge is required at time of booking to secure appointment. This fee will be credited automatically at the time of service.
All group classes must be reserved via phone, text, email or in person.
Online booking is not yet available for group classes.
We are not available for walk in traffic!
We welcome all questions and inquires by phone, text, email, or in person. Please leave a message if necessary as we may be with another client or in transit. Your request will be responded to within 24 hours.

Personal Preferences
Everyone has personal preferences and needs. Please feel comfortable sharing yours so that we can give you the best experience. This includes (but not limited to) your preference of:
- Time restrictions, is there a specific time you need to leave by, or are you in no hurry?
- Areas of the body that you need us to focus upon, injuries or concerns you may have.
- Areas of the body that you prefer to not be touched.
- Your preference for how much heat you prefer on the table, or no heat at all!
- Do you have a preference for incense or aromatherapy, or do you have an aversion to scents?
- Do you prefer to chat during the session, or do you prefer silence?
- Would you like feedback or suggestions... or not?!
Our space is a no judgment zone, so please express yourself freely!
You will not hurt our feelings... this is YOUR time.
Payment Policy
Payments are accepted in advance or upon receipt of service. We accept payment in the form of cash, credit (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover), HSA (Health Savings Account), FSA (Flexible Spending Account), Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, and Check.
Please note that returned checks will result in a $35.00 fee, and services will be suspended until payment is recovered.
Memberships Policy
Memberships are automatically charged monthly on credit card filed at time of purchase. Membership services will rollover for 12 months before they expire. Unused services may also be gifted to a friend or family member prior to expiration. Oldest sessions are always used first to avoid expiration.
Membership entitles you to a discounted price and priority booking. In addition, you are entitled to a 10% discount on any additional services purchased during the months you are a paid member. An option for a hot stone upgrade may be applied to any scheduled therapeutic massage for an additional charge of $15. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
All memberships may be paused for a maximum of three (3) months per year by notifying us by text, email, or in person. Memberships can be canceled at any time without penalty. Cancelation must be made by notifying us by text, email, or in person, prior to upcoming due date to prevent automatic charges from being applied. Once membership charges are applied, they do not qualify for a refund. Sessions will be honored until they expire. Once a cancelation has been processed, membership discounts no longer apply. Reinstatement of a new membership will be at current membership prices.
Tax exemption is not available for membership fees. Pre-payment rules for online booking do not apply to members.
Series/Packages
When purchasing a series of five (5) massage sessions or classes, services are paid in advance and credited to your account at a discounted price. All services in package can be used at your convenience for up to three (3) years before they expire. All services may be gifted to friends or family.
Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be efficient and fair to all of our clients, the following policies are honored:
Please contact us immediately if you will not be able to make your appointment so that we know you are okay, and we can open up the appointment to another client who may be in need of our services. We do not charge for early cancelations. However, our time is valuable as is yours, and we generally have other clients waiting to get in for a session.

In the event that you must cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a non-refundable 50% charge of service scheduled will be applied to your account.
If you do not notify us and do not arrive for the session, a non-refundable 100% charge of service scheduled will be placed on your account.
In the event that we need to cancel your appointment in advance, we will accommodate you with priority around your schedule. In the event that we cancel late, do not notify you, or do not arrive for your appointment, we will discount your next service accordingly.
We reserve the right to waive cancelation fees at our discretion.
Late Arrivals
Please understand that we embrace a no stress policy! We do leave time before and after sessions to allow for traffic, open communication, and time to change clothing. There is always a 15 min grace period to allow for life events.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time available to continue. In this event, you will be responsible for the “full” session fee. Please plan accordingly. You are welcome to arrive 5-10 minutes early, to ensure you have maximum treatment time.
In the event that your therapist is late, we will notify you immediately. Any needed arrangements or accommodations will be made to you as well, in the form of a discount or extension of your services as appropriate.
Gratuity Policy
Gratuities are always appreciated, but never expected. Gratuity is a gift, not an obligation. We are grateful for your business and your referrals and positive reviews online are some of the best gratuities we can receive!

Initial Session
Please allow an additional 15-30 minutes to meet with your therapist/instructor and review any necessary paperwork, including a intake form and consent forms. For your convenience, the intake form can be done online prior to your visit.
